Orange/Plum Dipping Sauce

Sweet and tangy, this sauce goes great with chicken, pork, and lamb.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 c. orange marmalade
  • 6 tbsp. plum jam
  • 1tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp. finely minced ginger root
  • 1/8 c. minced shallot
  • 2 tbsp. coarse ground dijon mustard
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and let set overnight in the refrigerator. Serve chilled as a condiment for meat.
