I’m hosting my first giveaway!
As many of you know, I am not only a blogger but also an avid crafter and artist. I have painted folk art paintings under the pseudonym “Grammy Mouse” for many years, and my paintings have been licensed to print publishers, greeting card companies, and numerous home décor product companies. My images have appeared on all sorts of items from dish towels to wall paper borders. You can see more of my work on my art website, www.agiftofmaine.com.
I’m excited to announce that I am hosting my first giveaway which will start today and run for 2 weeks. It is for a signed and numbered artist proof of one of my 12 x16 fine art prints that was published a few years ago by Penny Lane Fine Art Publishing. The print is called “New England Retreat” and is pictured below. In any numbered release of art prints, whether the regular edition or the artists proof, the lower the number the more valuable and I had kept the lower numbers in my ”private stock” for a few years now. So to celebrate the end of the summer, I thought it would be fun to host a giveaway of this very Maine, very summer print! There will be 3 winners of the proofs and the numbers are 3, 4, and 6. The artist proof edition was limited to 50.

The signal flags on the Maine Windjammer spell out something. Leave your guess in the comments below!
The giveaway is hosted by Rafflecopter! Good luck to everyone one! Go to the Rafflecopter entry form below and do the necessary things to get the number of entries for that category. Example- if you follow me on twitter you get 5 entires and if you tweet to your friends you get 2 more.
So please get as many entries as possible by completing as many of the “tasks” as you can! Good luck to you all!

Thanks a bunch!
Thank you and good luck on your entry!
I lived in Maine for the first 50 years of my life. My parents, children and grandchildren are still there! It’s a beautiful state and I visit as often as I can!! Apple season is upon you now. I would sure love to have a fresh picked macintosh right from the orchard! Be especially blessed, Kathy
We have quite a few apple trees here on our place. The harvest is not going to be as good this year. We had a crazy early warm spring that caused the trees to bloom early and then we had some frosts that apparently destroyed a lot of the blossoms that would have later turned to fruit. Plus the summer, although not drought conditions like the midwest, was comparatively dry here so the fruit that made it this far is smaller than usual. Weather-wise this has been a crazy year!
What a wonderful give-away! Your artwork is delightful! I hope I win!!!!
Thank you! I hope you do too! Be sure to use as many of the entry possibilities as you can. The more ways you enter, the better chance you have to win! Becoming a Twitter follower will give you 5 entries alone!
I hope I win the giveaway
Good luck! I hope you do too!
Safe voyages
Nope, but I have to put a detail in there so you can see the flags better to figure it out!
